Brand-new room and functional, with a good hairdryer, coffee-making facilities, and bedside cubbies. Peaceful and ideal location on the railway, minimalist style building.

This was a perfect location just off centre of town, the train station and the new bridge. I was there for 1 night and ate at pizza restaurant for dinner. The view was pleasant, the service was good.

Thoroughly enjoyed this hip new hotel: outstanding food and attentive staff. The location was convenient, close enough to the city center, is located next / on the racecourse, and restaurant for breakfast, in a particularly good area. Moreover, the property was within a 25-minute walk from St Nicolas Church.
Some people working there were not so great.

Peaceful and incredible location in Newbury, right by the infrequent trains as well as the center. Above average breakfast with a great selection of food options.

Hotel as a whole is beautiful and absolutely brilliant, I greatly enjoyed it.
The venue is clean, with great location next to the racecourse, and centre.

We liked staying 1 night here. There was above average and great breakfasts with instant coffee, the egg cooked and a cooked option available. The staff was nice and welcoming, brilliant services. Location: the hotel was not far from city centre, south coast and the river. Café Sainsburys Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was weak.

Great choice for weekend. Brilliant food in the restaurant, above average and great breakfast with instant coffee and the egg cooked. Good sized and well-appointed unit for such a lovely big bed.

The breakfast is above average and great, and the location is magnificent just off the racecourse and town centre as well as the Newbury racecourse. The units were perfect with super kingsize beds.
